Layers and layers of mohair wool used to begin the bulk of this work.It took many weeks of alterations and additions to finally say this one is "finished".

A form that began with the recycling of a shower curtain ring and developed from there.It required fibre fill stuffing to give the definition it needed to see its completion.

Latest addition to the series # 126

This piece was constructed primarily on the bus trips to and from Vancouver. . . and completed yesterday with the crocheting of a toile (synthetic muslin) along the edge and addition of a pouch of fragmented threads. Interesting responses from people as I worked on it in the bus and on the ferry. Most fascinated was a Chinese grandmother and son visiting family on the island. It seems the lack of function was a major concern . . what does it "do"???
